D4 Medical Assessment

Who needs a D4 Medical?

If you want to drive a bus or a heavy goods vehicle you will need a group 2 DVLA license. A D4 medical is undertaken to obtain a new licence or renewal of a licence.

Completion of a D4 Medical:

A D4 medical is undertaken by a doctor at Advantage Occupational Health. He is a highly experienced GMC registered doctor with over 7 years of experience in undertaking group 2 DVLA medicals.

An eye test is included in the assessment.

What is required

You will need to bring the D4 medical form to the assessment.
